Pepparkakor (Swedish Ginger Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Grandma's molasses
Preparation
    Sift flour, spices and baking soda together.
    Cream the butter or margarine.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until fluffy.
    Add egg and molasses; beat well.
    Add flour mixture gradually, beating until well blended.
    Wrap and chill overnight.
    Roll out a small amount of dough at a a time on floured board; cut with floured cutters.
    Place about 2 inches apart on lightly-greased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool on wire racks.
