Banana Nut Bread(Makes 12 Cupcakes Or 1 Loaf) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs (unbeaten)
3 ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix in order given.
Grease a loaf pan.
Put mixture in one loaf or 12 lined cupcake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes for paper lined cupcakes or 1 hour for loaf pan.
