Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped pecans
    48 Rolos candy
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, cocoa and soda.
    Beat sugars and butter until fluffy.
    Add vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add flour mixture and blend well.
    For each cookie, shape 1 tablespoon dough around 1 Rolo candy to form a ball.
    Combine nuts and sugar (1 tablespoon). Roll balls in sugar mixture. Bake 7 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 4 dozen.
