Cherry Tart Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cream cheese
    1 Cool Whip (12 oz.)
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 can cherry pie filling
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 stick butter or oleo
Preparation
    Mix oleo and graham cracker crumbs.
    Press into bottom of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until softened.
    Mix sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese together and stir in nuts.
    Pour over crust. Spread cherry pie filling over top. Chill at least 4 hours before cutting into squares. It is very rich. Serves 12.
