Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned pumpkin
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2/3 c. cold water
3 1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg into bowl.
Beat eggs until thick and light colored.
Add water and oil to eggs.
Combine with dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Add pumpkin.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in 3 greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour.
