Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. oil or melted margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
-
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
When done, pour juice of 1 lemon and 1/3 cup sugar mixed together over hot bread.
Leave in pan.
