Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes, baked
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cut each potato in 1/2 lengthwise.
    Scoop out centers, leaving 1/2 inch shell.
    Mash potatoes.
    Add 2 tablespoons margarine, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg.
    Mix until smooth.
    Gradually add pineapple; beat until fluffy.
    Stir in 2 cups marshmallows and nuts.
    Spoon into shells.
    Toss together remaining margarine, marshmallows and nuts.
    Sprinkle on top of potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
