Fruit Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 lb. butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp. apple pie spice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 lb. chopped candied cherries
    1/2 lb. chopped candied pineapple
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, butter and flour (take out 2 tablespoons flour to mix with the fruit and nuts to keep from sticking together).
    Add spices.
    Mix fruit and nuts with 2 tablespoons flour and add to other ingredients, mixing together.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 250\u00b0.
