Caribbean Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. rum extract
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Blend together eggs, bananas, milk, butter and rum extract.
    Add all at once to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened.
    Turn into well-greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
