Zucchini And So - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Italian sauce
    2 small or 1 Spanish onion, sliced
    3 or 4 small zucchini, cubed
    1 Tbsp. salt (I use less)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Cut sausage into bite-size chunks and cook thoroughly.
    Remove sausage from pan and saute onion and zucchini in drippings for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients along with about a cup of water (or less) and sausage.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Freezes well!
