Naki'S Greek Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. sweet red wine
3/4 c. olive oil
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
grated peel of 1 lemon

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together, then add all the liquid and peel.
Mix until smooth ball of dough is formed.
Take a piece of dough about the size of the inside of your palm and roll into a \"worm\".
Place on undreased cookie sheet and cross ends twice. Bake 350\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes.
