Baked Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium carrots, scraped
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Halve carrots lengthwise and place in shallow baking dish. Add remaining ingredients.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 45 to 50 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons snipped parsley (optional) and serve.
