Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. nutmeg
4 tsp. baking soda
4 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. raisins
2 sticks margarine
Preparation

Bring
raisins\tto
boil in enough water to cover.
Add margarine, cool and add beaten eggs and remaining ingredients. Divide
into
greased
loaf
pans
and
bake
at 300\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
