Moist Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 1/2 c. very ripe bananas
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening together.
    Add eggs.
    Add bananas and sour milk.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add to banana mixture.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
