Easy Refrigerator Rolls Or Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/4 c. soft margarine or shortening
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add sugar, salt and 3 cups of the flour.
    Beat thoroughly, about 2 minutes. Add egg and shortening and mix well. Add remaining flour, one cup at a time, until dough cleans the side of the bowl and is easy to handle.
    Knead 10 minutes on a lightly floured surface. Place greased side up in a lightly greased large bowl. Cover with plastic and let set overnight.
