Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt, soda and cinnamon. Set aside. Combine and beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Stir in zucchini, raisins, nuts and dry ingredients.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
