Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 packs active dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening (part soft butter)
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in sugar, eggs, shortening and 2 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Gradually mix in the remaining flour until smooth.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until double, about 1 1/2 hours.
    (The dough is ready if indentation remains when touched.)
