Hurry Up Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can luncheon meat
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/4 c. salad dressing
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
    1 hard-boiled egg
Preparation
    Cut luncheon meat into strips; saute meat and onions in margarine in skillet.
    Simmer until onion is tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Simmer covered until heated through. Garnish with sliced, hard-boiled egg and additional parsley, if desired.
