Zucchini Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. coarsely shredded zucchini
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease two loaf pans.
    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
    Beat on low speed for at least one minute, scraping the sides constantly.
    Pour into pans and bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about one hour.
    Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely before serving.
    Store in refrigerator; freezes well.
