Hot Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. bacon
1 med. green pepper
3 lg. onions
1 lb. hamburg
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. mustard
1 sm. can B&M baked beans in tomato sauce
1 can french cut green beans
Preparation

Fry 8 oz. bacon, drain and break up into small pieces.
Fry green pepper, onions and hamburg in the bacon fat/drippings until soft and done.
Add brown sugar, vinegar and mustard.
Microwave bacon, peppers, onions, hamburg, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard, covered for 6 - 7 minutes.
