Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. cocoa
1 c. white Sugar Twin
1/2 to 1 c. brown Sugar Twin
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. skim milk
10 oz. pureed prunes
2 tsp. almond or vanilla extract
4 egg whites
1 c. cappuccino coffee or 2 tsp. instant in 1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Combine white and brown Sugar Twin.
In large bowl, sift and mix flour, cocoa, Sugar Twin, soda and baking powder.
In medium bowl, mix skim milk, prunes, extract and egg whites.
Add coffee. Pour moist ingredients into dry; blending well.
