Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
7 level Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. water
grated peel of 1 lemon
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Put 1 1/2 cups water and sugar on to boil.
While it is boiling, stir in cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water.
When that is thickened, take off burner.
Add beaten egg yolks to mixture. Put back on burner and boil 1 minute longer.
Take off and add lemon juice, lemon peel and butter.
Pour on baked crust.
Top with meringue.
