Cranberry Orange Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 egg
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. Crisco oil
    1 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda.
    In separate bowl, combine egg, grated orange peel, orange juice and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Fold in cranberries and nuts.
    Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool.
    Wrap and store overnight.
