Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon (or 2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. nutmeg)
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Cream pumpkin, eggs and shortening.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
