Taffy Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drain and keep liquid
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts
    2 c. apple, diced and leave peel on
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 well beaten egg
Preparation
    Two days before, drain pineapple and mix with marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight.
    Mix juice, flour, vinegar, sugar and egg. Stir over low heat until thickened.
    Refrigerate overnight.
