Dizzy Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks
2 3/4 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. white sugar
1 can or bottle (12 oz.) beer
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Combine ingredients and stir until mixed.
Do not over-mix!!
Pour batter into pan and bake for one hour or until bread tests done.
