Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. zucchini, grated
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Grate zucchini and mix with eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Add to zucchini mixture.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
