Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 unbaked pie shell
    3 1/2 oz. pkg. coconut
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and flour and then add remaining ingredients, except coconut. Mix well; pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with coconut (frozen and thawed). Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
