Vanilla Ice Cream Mixture - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
6 c. milk (1 qt. plus 2 c.)
1 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. pure vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat eggs until lemon colored.
Add sugar gradually and continue beating.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Place mixture into ice cream churn.
Place in ice cream freezer and ice and salt mixture.
Freeze.
