Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; gradually beat in sugar, then oil.
    Alternate dry ingredients with zucchini.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Makes 2 large loaves.
    Grease loaf pans before filling with batter.
