2 Minute Micro Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. walnut extract
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, mix first 5 ingredients (don't worry if not fully blended).
    Put butter and peanut butter on top. Microwave on High for
    2 minutes.
    Stir vigorously.
    Pour into buttered 8-inch square casserole.
    Pat down and cool in refrigerator.
    Cut into squares.
