Onion Cheese Supper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook onions in small amount of hot fat until clear, not brown. Combine egg and milk; add to biscuit mix. Stir only until moistened. Add onion, half the cheese and parsley. Spread dough on greased 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese. Drizzle melted butter on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes until pick comes out clean. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
