"Zucchini Pie" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    4 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. Bisquick
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs until very light.
    Add oil slowly, while beating. Add Bisquick, salt and pepper.
    Fold in garlic, zucchini and cheese.
    Place in a greased 2-quart low casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
