Microwave Hot Potato Salad(German) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 slices bacon, diced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. flour
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
4 medium potatoes, baked, peeled and sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine
bacon and onion in 8-inch round dish.\tCook at High 3
to
5
minutes;\tstir
occasionally.
Stir
in flour, vinegar, sugar,
celery seed, salt and pepper.
Add potatoes. Cook at High 4 to 5 minutes; stir.
Serve warm.
