Zucchini Indian Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. ground zucchini (mixture of green and yellow if desired)
    1 c. ground carrots
    3 c. ground cabbage
    3 c. ground onion
    2 bell peppers, ground (1 red will add more color)
    1 jalapeno pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Add to kettle.
    Stirring, bring to boil and cook 10 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal.
