Hawaiian Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. margarine
    6 very ripe bananas, mashed
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add bananas and eggs.
    Sift flour, salt and baking soda 3 times.
    Blend flour mixture into banana mixture.
    Do not overmix.
    Turn batter into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick tests dry in center of loaf.
    Turn out immediately to cool on wire rack.
    Makes 2 loaves.
