7 to 10 lb. beef brisket
meat tenderizer
chili powder
garlic powder
salt
pepper
Preparation

Get a thick brisket (more than 1-inch thick) with a good rind of fat (the fat is essential).
Tenderize several hours before doing anything else.
Just before cooking, sprinkle with a little chili and garlic powders and salt and pepper and rub in.
