Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raw zucchini, peeled, grated and drained
3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix in usual way.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until done.
