Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/4 c. Sun-Maid fruit bits or raisins
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar and next 3 ingredients in large bowl.
    Cut in butter until mixture is like coarse meal.
    Stir in fruit bits. Add buttermilk and stir until well combined.
    Place dough on floured surface and knead for 1 minute.
    Form into a ball, place in a greased pie pan and flatten slightly.
    With a sharp knife, cut a cross 1/2-inch deep in top of bread.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
