Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion; drain.
    Mix in blender the eggs, Bisquick and milk.
    Mix with hamburg.
    Bake in casserole for 20 to 30 minutes (might take longer, depending on your pan size and type).
    Add fresh tomatoes (cut in squares or pieces).
    Add cheese on top (grated or cubed).
