Carrot Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    2 c. carrots, finely grated
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Then gradually add flour, baking powder, carrots and nuts; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a bread loaf pan.
