Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can peaches
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Use a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch Pyrex bowl.
    Drain peaches.
    Pour peach juice into Pyrex bowl.
    Melt butter and add to peach juice. In a separate mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour and egg.
    Blend together like coarse meal.
    Chop peaches and add to butter and peach juice mixture.
    Add flour, egg and sugar mixture.
    Lightly press flour, egg and sugar mixture into juices.
    Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 until medium brown on top.
