Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can jalapeno bean dip
2 ripe avocados
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 jar black olives, chopped
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 ripe tomatoes
1 jar pimento olives, sliced
Preparation

Spread bean dip.
Puree avocado with lime juice, salt and pepper in blender.
Spread on bean dip.
In separate bowl, mix sour cream and taco seasoning.
Spread on dip.
Layer with chopped scallions, then layer with black olives, then layer with cheese. Last garnish with tomatoes and black olives.
Serve with tortilla chips.
