Fruit Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. each soda, cloves and cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 lb. raisins
    1 lb. fruit and peel mix
    2 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Blend in beaten eggs.
    Mix flour and spices, then mix flour with fruit, nuts and raisins. Add to butter mixture and blend well.
    (Dough will be stiff.) Store in refrigerator for 2 days.
    Roll in small balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
