Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1/2 c. granulated white sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. all-purpose unbleached flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine the margarine, sugars, vanilla and water.
    Beat the eggs.
    In another bowl, combine the flours, baking soda and salt.
    Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, blending well.
    Stir in the chocolate chips and the nuts.
    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto Teflon or ungreased baking sheets.
    Bake until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Yield:
    3 dozen cookies, 2-inches in diameter.
