Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground chuck
salt/pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
American cheese slices
1 pkg. Tater Tots
1 med onion (chopped)
Preparation
-
Brown chuck & onion together.
Drain & pour into casserole dish, add salt, pepper, garlic powder & worcestershire sauce. Arrange cheese slices over top of meat.
Mix gravy mix with one cup water, pour over cheese.
Arrange tater tots to cover completely.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
