Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus lemon cake mix
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Using solid shortening, grease and flour bottom only of 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. In large bowl, blend all ingredients until blended. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
