Frozen Crab Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cream, whipped
    2 c. crab meat
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. grated carrot
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Blend with mayonnaise, Tabasco and salt. Fold in whipped cream.
    Blend in crab, celery, green pepper, carrot and onion.
    Pour into freezer tray.
    Freeze until solid, about 6 to 8 hours.
    Remove from freezer and allow to stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes before slicing.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Serves 8.
