Spoon Bread("A Favorite From The '76 Cookbook.") - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 c. corn meal
 
2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
Preparation
- 
                            Sprinkle corn meal into boiling water gradually, stirring constantly, until smooth and free of lumps.
 
Add salt, butter and milk and well-beaten egg yolks.
Mix well.
