Ingredients

1 cut up fryer
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Preparation

Place chicken in casserole dish.
Mix remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
